Laundry available. Close to foothill hospital, university, Sait, and downtown Calgary. There is a designated separate front fenced yard and entrance for use by tenants in the suite. Looking to rent month to month (starting date can be flexible)with a minimum rental of 28 days (so it is considered long term not short term rental for licensing purposes).
