| Hello I have a basement available for rent in Marlborough Park beginning January 1st. It has one good sized bedroom and a smaller room with no window, can be used as a den. First months rent and damage deposit required. Rent is $1500.00 plus 40% utilities. We are looking to rent to someone long term.
