| Hi there! I am seeking a friendly, responsible female roommate to share my 2-bedroom home in the Forest Lawn area. I am a single 51-year-old working professional who is a homebody for the most part. I have 2 cats, Frank & Leo, so must be okay with cats. I value open communication in a shared space & I don't drink or do drugs. Looking for someone who appreciates a clean and quiet living environment. Rent is $700 month includes utilities & Shaw cable TV & internet. A $200 security deposit is required. The room is unfurnished, clean & bright, & It comes with its own TV hookup. The shared bathroom includes a soaker tub. We share the laundry room downstairs with the lower suite. Available March 1st or sooner if needed. If you think we'd be a good fit, please call me.
