| Beautiful bachelor unit air bnb style fully furnished , located lower level of the house in Canora neighbourhood ( separate bathroom and kitchen ) 20 drawers for ur cloths , 7 liner foot walking closet with enough hangers and shelf’s , 4 foot by 5 standing shower with glass door , 50 inch adjustable smart tv , kitchen is fully equipped, large fridge , and firm pillow and mattress . You have a working space with 2 table comfortable chair if you wish to set up ur laptop or computer. Extra oil thermostat heater with cleaning equipments are in unit as well . I am asking 1100$ include all utilities and wifi , ONLY FOR ONE PROFESSIONAL . House rules : the unit and price is for one individual only , meaning no over night sleep over also we all are working people after 10:30 pm is sleep time ,you can have visitors they must leave after 9:00 pm , if you wish to watch movie late night I have provided wireless head set to enjoy watching tv quietly while others are sleeping . No smoking in unit at all ! No party at all !
