Using 2nd room as home office but will have macy univeral full body work out machine can be used by both hope to get eliptical as well Mature lady non smoking No drugs and lives with an intentional mindset positive but not overly positive to point its annoying. We hace a garage if u need to store a bit.we will section if off lower ppl are using it on my permission too so before it all starts if u need to claim space now would be the time U could hold with deposit or partial depoist ...please get in touch i cant have anyone coming thats struggling with using im sorry its beyond me reasoning why. I have two tvs possibly 3rd coming Wifi included in rent Utilities only 25% as lower unit covers 50% we cover 50% so about $100 maybe not sure yet No dishwasher here But laundry on our level not shared. And its older some stuff needa attention But its being addressed Larger living room Oh i have high kitchen table high barstools with back support Some kitchen items could use more..plates /bowls. Glasses/ Grill. /Rice cooker/.
