You have your own electric wall heater with thermostat, plus the carpet keeps it warm. I lived down here myself and never used the heaters, but your comfort is paramount. There are four windows allowing light across suite. Cool vintage stuff: - period correct stove - paper tiles - trunks and stuff The bad: Soundproofing isn't great. Shared laundry and back entrance. No tub, but very cool shower. The good: Please, no pets. Pocket pets considered but unlikely. Street parking. Yard access. New laundry. Newly updated bathroom. The great: Modern furniture.
