I hope you are doing well.:) We are two male students (recent UofA graduates) renting out the living room in our 2-bedroom apartment, located right next to the Southgate Mall parking lot. You can see the mall from the balcony! Rent: - $499/month for a lease until November 2025. - $549/month for a month-to-month lease. - A non-negotiable security deposit of $299 is required. This will be refunded when you move out, provided the apartment is left in the same condition as at move-in. Utilities: (electricity, insurance, internet) will be split equally among the 3 roommates, averaging $60–90 per person. Location: - Just a 5-minute walk to Southgate Mall (with food court, banks, and stores). - 5-minute walk to the LRT/bus stop through the mall. - 7-minute walk to Safeway. Amenities: - Saltwater pool - Hot tub - Fully equipped fitness centre - Games room with pool, darts, foosball, table tennis and air hockey - Social room - Theatre room - On-site Convenience Store Please note that the amenities will be included for tenants on lease only.
