| A roomy, private bedroom and bath for one person only (no animals!) in a spacious family home surrounded by an excellent neighbourhood in the south of Red Deer. Rent includes tasty meals, all utilities, internet access, parking, laundry facilities and private 3/4 bath. We only have the one boarder in the house. The room is available February 1st. The room has a double bed, linens, towels, dresser, closet, night stand, lamps, mirror, desk, and two book shelves. We are located in south central Red Deer (Mountview area) with easy access to Red Deer Polytechnic, downtown, and the hospital. Please use the corner-store "Sproule's Mountview I.D.A." as a location for planning bus/walking routes on Google Maps. No drugs nor alcohol. Smoke-free. Looking for the right border to fit with our family of four (teacher/homemaker/ two older teens) plus dog. No accommodation for other animals. Meals are included in the rent. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We understand that the tenant does not have the same schedule as us and have flexible approaches in providing meals for our tenant. Meals are tasty and varied - hot breakfast, typically a lunch you pack (sandwich or leftovers), lots of vegetables with supper. We like sausage. We have been renting out for over 10 years and are familiar with welcoming a variety of new people into our home. Two people sharing the space will not be a consideration. We require an application, references and a damage deposit before we invite a stranger into the house! We offer a month-to-month lease.
