| 1 room for rent with private bathroom, in a vintage beautiful Victorian house, shared kitchen, we do not use dining room, you can use it unless we have dinner planned which is rare, we like to hang out in our bedroom upstairs most of the time we have our bathroom, my daughter (25 years old) and me like quiet, the bedroom is spacious with a large closet with mirror, on the main floor (not a basement rental) the bathroom have a private toilet and a shower, free laundry, free utilities, free WIFI, free parking on the street, no pets because we already have an inside cat, rent is $ 1300 all included. looking for a quiet, preferably female roommate, tidy and respectful, send FB name if possible :) It is furnished, but you can bring your own!
