| I’m a university student currently studying to become a dietician, and I am looking to share my house with a discreet and respectful person or possibly a fellow student. The house has been completely decorated and is fully furnished. Tenant will have their own room and access to the entire house. Amenities include complete home gym facility, personal parking spot, computer access, high speed wifi, fully equipped kitchen, great room with real fireplace, huge backyard patio with outdoor furniture, temperature controlled bathroom floors, yard maintenance and house cleaning is all taken care of, coffee/laundrypods/dishwashingpods always kept stocked in the house and are complimentary. Lease agreement would be month to month. No pets, and no kids. All utilities and amenities included in rent. $1,000 per month |
