We have one small 2nd floor bedroom opening up in a home set up to cater to the needs of musicians who need to rehearse/record regularly. Full commercial grade studio on site, with many high end mics and preamps, balanced rooms, vocal booth, equipped rehearsal space with drums/amps/PA, and extremely flexible hours for use. The right folks are heavily involved with music as a career or study already, and will be able to save money, without compromise, on studio time/equipment rentals, using the facilities available here, included in their rent.
