April 1 2025 to July 31 2025 with the potential to renew. About the Unit: - Rent: $850/month - Wi-Fi: $35/month - Utilities: ~$40-60 every 2 months - No-smoking building - Coin operated laundry in the building - We have an assigned outdoor parking spot that I do not use (I don't drive), so all yours if you have a car - #2 and downtown express busses stop right outside the front door, #3 & #4 down the street. - The unit is on the 4th (top) floor, but the building does not have an elevator - Down the street from Sobeys, Fit4Less, and restaurants - Potential renter must be cat friendly, as I have one cat (Mushroom ), but the building only allows 1/unit so no additional pets. A bit about me and what I'm looking for in a roomie: - I'm a 24 y/o Dal grad working full time, mega nerdy and a huge lover of tattoos, Lego, and making art - I am super clean and quiet, looking for someone who is also able to respect the unit's shared spaces - Single occupancy only (would be cool with a partner staying over as long as it is communicated and less than 1/2 of the week) - Will need to complete application with proof of income for landlord |
