| Subletting my room in a 3 bed 1.5 bath apartment (2 females currently live here therefore looking for a female) for Immediate move in to August 31st 2025 (possibility to renew). Rent is 833.33/month. Located near major bus routes, and amenities as well as a 15 min bus to SMU and Dal. Rent includes hot water. The room is unfurnished (bed frame can be included), but the common areas are furnished. Internet, and power are shared between tenants. Heat is included in the power bill. Dishwasher and in suite laundry are included. There is space for parking for 1 vehicle (included in rent) however there is also ample street parking as well.
