| Subletting my private bedroom, with possibility of renewing, in a 4 bedroom house starting April 1st, 2025 in the north end/hydrostone area. Room is unfurnished and is $850 a month not including utilities (heat, water, electricity, wifi). Utilities will be split amongst tenants. The house includes a living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as a bunch of little nooks throughout that can be used for storage and there is laundry on site. The space is shared with a working woman so I am preferably looking for a female tenant. Cats will be accepted on a case by case basis.
