| Hey folks! I have a pet friendly room in my 4 bed, 1.5 bath house available as soon as Jan 15th. (Flexible move in date) located in Lower Sackville. It has a fenced yard, parking spot for 2 and is on on a major bus route to downtown. Open to single occupancy, couple. Prefer dogs but would allow the right cat! Bit about me and my pets! I’m a 26 year old woman, I work from home for a mortgage company. I keep fairly low key, not a frequent drinker and do not smoke. Most of my free time is taken up with the dogs (hiking, training) or watching movies! I would prefer someone who would like a friendly / social relationship. My two dogs are Tuesday (4 year old, 35 lb spayed female) and Opal (5 month old, Finnish lapphund female). Dog showing / dog sports are my biggest hobby so I’d like to think my girls are well behaved. Crate / house trained and both are dog and human friendly, although Tuesday is quite shy. However, the home is easily divided if the dogs/ other animals must be kept apart. Rent is 1,100 + half utilities. I am able to provide past utility bills to give an idea. Choice of two rooms available - depending on what you’d prefer! One is spacious, located in the basement with its own half bath. (Green wall, photo taken after new floors put in April 2024) The other is upstairs / connected to the full bath and directly across from laundry. (Grey walls with window) My office / spare bed are also upstairs. Spare bed could be used as an office space, or extra room for the tenant if desired. Neighborhood is generally quiet with lots of trails to explore! Happy to provide more photos / answer any questions upon request .
