| Looking for a summer sublet for my room in Halifax beginning either April 1 or May 1 until August 31, 2025, with the possibility of a lease takeover after that! House is located very close to the Dalhousie Studley Campus. Room can come unfurnished or furnished (although if furnished you will be purchasing my furniture for $200). Rent is $760 monthly, all inclusive except for wifi ($21 per month). Laundry is free and shared with the upstairs neighbours. Roommates include three undergraduate students at Dalhousie.
