| Hey everyone, we are looking for a quiet professional or couple to take over our roommates lease in a shared townhouse. 1bedroom + private washroom (and basement) in shared townhouse with me and my girlfriend 1200+utilities split with us. Private bedroom + private washroom. You will also have access to the basement to use as an office or living. Free parking in driveway or garage. Move in date is flexible and this is a lease transfer. Lease ends Dec-2025 and will move to month-to-month. You will need to provide proof of income and pass a credit check. The previous roommates will provide last months rent. Also I tried to add photos of the basement but for some reason they wouldn’t load so I can provide those if interested. Thanks! |
