| I'm looking for something unique. I would like a basement apartment or pool house in a % of exchange for someone that needs help around their house and perhaps for themselves. I am very handy and can do many maintenance tasks. Lawn mowing, snow removal, house maintenance and repairs along with duties that would include appointments that I can drive them too, grocery pickups and what ever else is needed. Painting, drywall repair. Walk dogs, tend to animals in the barn, stall clean outs. In need for the exchange or partial exchange for a live in handyman and service provider. Hopefully a self contained private unit but would be available 24/7 for any needs required. I am very quite and keep to myself. Non smoker and non drinker. Just want to use my talents and service to help someone. I have many references and over 15 years of providing excellent repairs and security for over 60 units here at my condo complex.
