| Attention: it is available from April 8 to August 31, 2025. These dates cannot be changed! Entire period only. Please read the following carefully. I am subletting a spacious furnished one-bedroom apartment with a large balcony and four closets on the 10th floor of a 17-storeyed apartment building (not a condominium). This is a really separate suite, no sharing. My own rental contract with the landlord is an old contract, I've been in the unit since 2010, which is the reason why I pay low rent and can offer it for sublease for $1,400 per month only! The new tenants in my building who have signed recently, pay over $2,000 for similar apartments. I'll be subletting the unit with my own furniture and can leave some of my kitchen utensils for your use. For this reason, I can only sublet the unit to a person with a clear social and professional status. Preference will be given to applicants with references. Only those inquiries (text only) will be replied in which the applicant comments in detail on his/her situation, why do they need a unit in Toronto for a limited time, etc. I will also leave some of my personal things in the unit, packed in boxes. The boxes will be located so that it won't disturb you. One of the four closets will be filled with my belongings. Alexander |
