House has separate side entrance for tenants use. • This place is Ideal for tenant who want to move with their suitcase and daily use items. Room is sufficiently furnished. • Furnished room (Bed with Mattress, Wardrobe, Study Table, Chair etc.) • The room is freshly painted, quiet and calm. Room has a big window; Windows opens to the garden. Side separate entrance gate. • Refrigerator, Microwave, Vacuum, Toaster, Mop, Broom etc. are provided to the tenants. • Kitchen available and will be used only by tenants (Max 3 tenants in house). • 2 Washrooms available for tenants use only.
