| Looking for another two student roommates for three bedroom house with friendly, social and studious 3rd year male U of O student. Available May 1, 2025. The bus stop to U of O is right outside the house and to CU is just a 10 min walk away. It is an easy bike ride to U of O. Rent includes all heat, hydro, water, laundry and blazing fast fibre internet as well as a fully furnished room and common spaces and fully equipped house. Each bedroom has a double bed, convertible sitting/standing desk, desk chair, small dresser/bedside table and closet. Each bedroom also has its own thermostat. The house is bright and sunny with 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a large kitchen, laundry, 2 porches a deck and yard in walkable neighbourhood with great restaurants and conveniences in North Vanier.
