March 1 2025 Welcome to our quaint House in a friendly neighbourhood, just between St George Subway station and Spadina Subway station. Conveniently situated near to the University of Toronto, The Royal Ontario Museum, and Casa Loma. Additionally, you will find convenience stores, shops, restaurants and cafes, and parks just a short stroll away. The available bedroom is around 120 square feet. This is enough space for a queen-sized bed, a desk, and a dresser. It has a window facing a pathway and a closet. This room shares a bathroom. The apartment is 1500 square feet inside, with a 500 square foot patio. We are a couple in our late 40s respectful, friendly and considerate. We are looking for a professional and busy person female. The place is a two level apartment with 3 bedrooms and a washroom but just one bedroom is occupied by us and the other one is for rent, price include housekeeping and laundry once a week.
