| Large main floor room with great view available for rent --> March 1, 2025 (potentially earlier). The bedroom has a fantastic view of the backyard, which makes you feel a bit out of the city. 2x30 year old male roommates living at the unit, both are pretty quiet and low maintenance. I recently got a job in Barrie so I am moving out. Ideally looking for another low maintenance mature male between 25-35 to take over the room. Tons of common living space in this house with 3 floors, especially when compared to a crammed in apartment. Both roommates live upstairs while the room for rent is on the first floor. Basement is ideal for storage (everything stored in the basement photos will be leaving with me!). Unit has a washer/dryer. 1 bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Parking available. Utilities are split 3 ways, about $70 per month plus internet. One of the roommates has a 3-year-old Samoyed breed dog that is friendly. I will take my bed but would be happy to leave the curtains, closet bars/hangars, and the dresser. The TV in the living room will eventually follow me up to Barrie, but the couches and the squat rack will stay! (But the freeweights come with me!). |
