| I plan to sublet my private room and shared spaces in a 51/2 apartment near Snowdon metro (400 metres) and Villa Maria metro (600 metres) from June 2025 to end of August 2025, with the option of extending the lease. You will be sharing the apartment with three flatmates from Concordia University. The apartment is located at Snowdon-Decarie with proximity to SAQ, SQDC, Dollarama, Scotiabank, RBC, Tim Hortons, Canada Post, Metro superstore, McDonald’s, ANW, Pizza Hut, Subway, Pizza Pizza, Wendys, Boustan, Starbucks, Couche Tard, Jean Coutu, Pharmaprix, Service Canada. The monthly expenses and one-time expenses are mentioned below. Due to the high volume of requests, priority will be given to persons opting to buy out the furniture mentioned in one-time costs.
