There’s 1 available room, and the apartment common space includes a kitchen, living room, and a balcony with a spectacular view on Montreal! And on the 8th floor there’s also a swimming pool and sauna. Currently the rent for the entire apartment is CAD 2445, so we can split the rent or negotiate as one room is bigger than the other. I organize parties at the place as well so my friends come over relatively often, so if you like socializing, they do too! Salut! Et au 8ème étage il y a aussi une piscine et une sauna. Le loyer est de 2445 à partager en 2. Mais une chambre est plus grande que l’autre donc c’est négociable. Et j’aime aussi organiser des événements dans cet appartement donc j’ai des amis qui viennent plusieurs fois, donc si vous aimez socialiser, c’est très idéal!
