| I have one room available in my 5 1/2, in the plateau. It is on the 3rd floor with a shared bathroom. The room is simply furnished with a dresser, desk and bed. The rent includes utilities, heat, hot water, internet, and can be pet friendly if necessary. The room is ideally available for MAXIMUM 1 month. Photos are available. The apartment is clean, simple and safe. I am a man in my mid-forties, professional chef and own 2 restaurants. I am quiet, clean and respectful though my schedule is not standard.
